CREPSED

After brokering a historic MOU between the University of Puerto Rico and University of the Virgin Islands in 2019, aiming to create the foundation of a US Caribbean regional collaboration framework, the Puerto Rico ERSF developed CREPSED to serve as a vehicle to pursue dynamic economic initiatives building collaboration throughout the U.S. Caribbean to maximize opportunities in recovery. In fulfillment of the IRWA, the ERSF supported the crafting of a long-term comprehensive roadmap to guide CREPSED as it implements its core initiatives. CREPSED intends to bring federal and local partners from the U.S. Caribbean together to leverage resources and technical assistance.
