Funding Resource Matrix

This process aimed to gather resources available to Puerto Rico ​from Federal and Philanthropic Sources​ and combine them in an accessible and searchable manner.

Federal Funding Resource Matrix:
Assembled available Federal direct loan, loan guarantee, and forgivable loan programs for small businesses into a matrix format. The funding matrix gives program descriptions, durations, eligibility, and contact information. Includes opportunity zones, Covid-19 PPP and EIDL programs, plus technical and training assistance programs.

Grant Funding Opportunities:
78 grant profiles were assembled that include applicants in Puerto Rico under their eligibility listing. Results were based on GrantStation, a comprehensive federal and philanthropic grant database. Includes opportunities for applicable economic and community needs – some grants are also available to private entities.
