Jezabel Rodríguez

Jezabel Rodríguez joined the Small Business Administration (SBA) in March 2018 as a Procurement Center Representative (PCR) for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her role as the PCR is to review acquisition strategies to ensure small businesses are provided the maximum opportunity in federal contracting.

Before joining the SBA, Jezabel worked as a Procurement, Administrative, and Termination Contracting Officer, with an unlimited warrant for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy.  At DLA Energy, Jezabel purchased Electricity, Renewable Energy, Energy Savings Performance Contracts and was the Program Manager for Demand Response. Jezabel is Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified, with 15 years of federal contracting experience. Jezabel has a master’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in Materials Management from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón.
